The project strategy is redefined to integrate a resort and theme park with over 100 amenities focused on sustainable tourism and events. A narrative is added to enhance the product.

Pre-sales begin, with documents detailing technical, operational, and architectural aspects. The enhanced value proposition leads to the sale of over 1,000 apartments.

2022

Mr. Manfred Schoebel is hired to create the independent tour operator, COL Management Group. The group is strengthened by specialists for the resort and theme park’s development, starting product commercialization.
